The building has been completely restored in 2003 and is situated in one the most prestigious and central positions in Venice.Right near the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and the Church of the 'Salute' which overlooks the basin facing St. Mark's Square.

Since ever it is the most celebrated square, witness of romantic promenades and model, immortalised by many famous painters and film directors.


In 5 minutes you can reach the waterbus stops but if you wish to reach St. Mark's Square in a striking manner you can take a gondola and cross the Canal Grande.

We are  a few minutes by foot from St. Mark's Square,  from Rialto Bridge , the railway station Santa Lucia , the car terminal of Piazzale Roma and the cruise ship passengers Venezia Terminal Passeggeri.
